Little Ninja (Ages 4-10)

Service Description

Our Ninja classes are perfect for children who are full of energy and love to move around. In this class, students will learn the basic principles of parkour, martial arts, circus arts, and basic calisthenics. Exciting exercises and activities will focus on speed and technique. Through games, drills, and challenges, children will develop strength, balance, coordination, and agility, as well as improve their listening skills and ability to follow directions.
