Star Poncio

Hi, I'm Star. I am a student at Texas A&M studying Animal Science as well as General Businesses. I started flying trapeze when I was 4 years old. I imminently fell in love and started indoor circus as well, particularly aerial chains and hammock. I spent 10 years as a competitive gymnast as well, allowing me to grow my skill for aerial arts and trapeze. Flying trapeze remains my favorite, my go to tricks being a shooting-star or a gazelle! Outside of circus I love to surf and volunteer at HLSR!

My favorite trick is a half turn. Aerial straps is my favorite aerial apparatus, but I also enjoy static trapeze. I love to scuba dive in my free time.
