Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy All rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled booking. Please call or message us at (346) 289-5229. Requests made within 48 hours of the scheduled booking will incur a cancellation/rebooking fee, which must be paid before a new booking can be confirmed. We do not issue refunds for cancellations. Weather Policy If a class is 50% or more through and is unable to continue due to weather, the class will be taken inside, and alternate activities will be set up. If a class is less then 50% done and is canceled due to weather, the class will have indoor activities, as well as a credit applied to their accounts.
