Service Description

*Bi-Weekly, switches between Lollipop and Aerial Lyra every week. Monthly membership gives access to both classes In this class we will learn shapes on hoop while focusing on ideal form and technique. We will explore putting these shapes together to form sequences while adding a spin. This class will target to increase participants overall strength and flexibility. Experience is not necessary.
